Job Purpose:
- Develop and implement digital business strategies aligned with the company’s direction.
- Develop and optimize digital insurance products and solutions that meet market demand and target customer needs.
- Expand and maintain a network of strategic partners to strengthen distribution channels and revenue growth.
- Enhance customer experience through product, service, and digital process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
1, Develop Digital Channel Business Plans
- Build product development plans: detailed action programs aligned with company goals.
- Build communication plans: sales communication programs for digital channels.
- Build budget plans: cost planning for product development, communication, and business activities.
- Implement and integrate new products on digital platforms.
- Develop and promote online sales channels such as websites, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns: design and implement campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and attract new customers.
2, Research & Develop Products, Solutions, and Business Models for Digital Insurance
- Research competitors and market needs.
- Propose insurance solutions tailored to partners’ characteristics.
- Seek, establish, and maintain relationships with partners to develop bundled products that meet end-user needs.
- Collaborate with technology solution partners to develop digital insurance business models.
- Use data and analytics tools to measure and evaluate digital channel performance, optimize strategies, and propose data-driven decisions.
- Analyze customer behavior, forecast trends, and propose potential growth opportunities for new products and services.
3, Develop Sales Channels & Partnerships
- Identify and build partnerships: establish and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and major clients such as fintechs, telcos, and e-commerce platforms to expand distribution channels and reach customers.
- Listen and respond to customer needs: ensure products meet customer expectations, collect feedback, and continuously improve.
- Drive effective revenue generation from assigned partners.
1, Education: Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
2, Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, insurance, or technology.
3, Knowledge/Skills:
