We are looking for Finance professionals to join our Performance Management team, supporting the development and execution of a robust management control framework aligned with the Company’s strategic and operational objectives.
This role is open for both Expert and Senior Officer level, depending on experience and capability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Budgeting & Financial Planning (MYB)
- Participate in the Multi-Year Budget (MYB) process, including data consolidation, financial modeling, and scenario analysis
- Support or lead (depending on level) the design and execution of budgeting processes across business units
- Analyze key business drivers (Sales, Headcount, Cost structure) and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
2. Cost Controlling & Financial Analysis
- Monitor and control cost performance across functions (Agency / IT / TO)
- Analyze cost structure, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimization actions
- Support or challenge investment proposals through ROI and payback analysis
- Work closely with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) and stakeholders to improve cost discipline
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
3. Performance Management & Reporting
- Prepare and/or own Sales & Performance Management (PM) reports
- Ensure data accuracy across Sales / Expense / P&L
- Analyze variance (Actual vs Budget) and identify root causes
- Deliver insights to support decision-making and performance improvement
4. Fund Split & Stakeholder Reporting
- Prepare and/or oversee fund split reports (monthly and annual) in line with accounting and regulatory standards
- Support reporting to regional stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timelines
5. Projects & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Participate in or lead finance and transformation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Support system implementation and process improvement initiatives
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Auditing, or related fields
2. Experience
- Finance Senior Officer: ~5 years of experience in auditing or financial analysis
- Financial Expert: 7–10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in insurance, financial services, or large corporates
3. Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Good understanding of budgeting, cost controlling, and performance management
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- CMA or equivalent certification
- Experience in insurance or financial services
