To lead and execute digital business development strategies in order to drive revenue growth through expansion of digital channels, development of pure digital insurance products, and maximization of partnership opportunities within and beyond the MB Group ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement digital business development strategies based on industry insights, market trends, and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with the Digital Domain’s revenue targets.
- Identify and capture new growth opportunities from digital channels, partner platforms, and the MB Group ecosystem.
2. Digital Partnership Management & Expansion
- Manage, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to increase renewal rates and drive cross-selling and upselling across digital platforms.
3. Digital Product & Distribution Channel Development
- Propose and implement digitalized insurance products tailored to digital customer personas, continuously optimizing for performance and effectiveness.
- Develop partnership distribution models such as embedded insurance, fintech collaborations, and other digital integration formats.
- Execute marketing and sales activation programs on digital platforms.
4. Digital Business Performance Optimization & Team Management
- Lead and develop the team, fostering innovation and enhancing performance.
- Monitor and analyze business performance, customer behavior, and channel effectiveness to propose optimization solutions.
5. Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Domain Leadership.
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Insurance, Economics, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Marketing.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership management within digital business, fintech, insurance, banking, or financial services sectors.
- Preference given to candidates with certifications or formal training in digital business or digital affiliate marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and online distribution models.
3. Skills
- Proficient in English communication.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data analysis, performance evaluation, and reporting capabilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
