Job Description

  • Lead the Marketing team to implement the content strategy across websites, social media, and public media.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand company products, customer personas, and market trends.
  • Propose and execute effective product communication campaigns based on this research.
  • Manage and mitigate communication crises to protect the brand's vision and image.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement internal communication plans.
  • Create innovative content that resonates with the brand's target audience and plan the content calendar, including content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice across all channels.
  • Oversee and manage all digital channels for the company.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and advertising.
  • Analyze and report on brand, content, and marketing performance to evaluate effectiveness and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Marketing, with proven capability in leading integrated marketing strategy and execution.
  • At least 5 years in a senior Marketing leadership role within a multinational corporation or large conglomerate.
  • Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance sector is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong creative skills to develop innovative online content that engages the target audience and effectively conveys the brand message.
  • Effectively communicate the company's brand message to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess a proven ability to adapt to rapid changes in social media platforms and target audiences.
  • Have experience in building and managing effective social media channels, such as Facebook and TikTok.
  • Leverage strong data analysis skills to use business intelligence for informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the management software and SaaS industry through research and analysis
