Job Description

  • Phụ trách công tác tuân thủ Hội sở. Thực hiện xây dựng, triển khai và giám sát tuân thủ bằng hệ thống.
  • Phụ trách công tác quản lý gian lận bảo hiểm. Phân tích dữ liệu, xây dựng kịch bản giám sát gian lận. Phối hợp với bộ phận điều tra xử lý vi phạm và các Khối Hội sở
  • Xây dựng kế hoạch, chương trình, nội dung kiểm tra, kiểm soát tại các Khối/Phòng Hội Sở, đảm bảo các hoạt động nghiệp vụ, công tác quản lý, điều hành chung của MBAL tuân thủ pháp luật và quy định nội bộ.
  • Xây dựng kế hoạch triển khai các chương trình kiểm tra giám sát tuân thủ năm, thực hiện công tác khắc phục chỉnh sửa sau giám sát, kiểm tra tuân thủ (gồm các chương trình nội bộ và các chương trình của các Cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước).

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Bảo hiểm, Kiểm toán, Tài chính – Ngân hàng hoặc tương đương.
  • Có tối thiểu 2–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tuân thủ, kiểm toán nội bộ, kiểm soát rủi ro; ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tại Big4 hoặc doanh nghiệp bảo hiểm nhân thọ.
  • Có kinh nghiệm và kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu, xây dựng kịch bản giám sát tuân thủ trên hệ thống.
  • Thành thạo các công cụ xử lý dữ liệu và giám sát (ưu tiên SQL, Power BI, Python…).
  • Tiếng Anh tương đương IELTS 5.5 trở lên.
