Job Description

  • Collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements related to data from internal departments and stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the Data Analyst and Data Engineer teams.
  • Develop and manage documentation: BRD, FRD, Use Cases, Data Flow, Data Mapping.
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure products/data meet requirements.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of data-driven products.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience in Data/BI/Big Data projects.
  • Strong understanding of Data models, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to conduct independent data analysis for requirement validation.
  • Experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in requirements management in Agile/Scrum projects.
