JOB PURPOSE:
Research the market and collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze digital transformation needs in alignment with the Company’s product development roadmap.
Clearly understand the assigned strategic direction and accurately communicate it to relevant stakeholders during the process of translating business requirements into system development.
Work closely with the Department Head, business units, and functional teams to create and maintain product items based on business value, or to balance business benefits with available implementation resources.
Continuously stay updated on market trends and best practices to ensure flexible and effective product delivery throughout project execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and manage assigned digital transformation features and functionalities; enhance user experience by acting as the “voice of the customer” within the digital solution development team.
Select and prioritize product backlogs based on business value and implementation complexity, while ensuring flexibility in reprioritization when necessary.
Coordinate with the Project Manager (PM) to facilitate phase-based planning meetings and daily stand-up meetings to monitor implementation progress and identify potential risks.
Work closely with design teams, system development teams, and relevant stakeholders (especially business units) to deliver high-quality and practical digital products.
Take responsibility for evaluating the effectiveness of product and system implementation; address issues and continuously improve deliverables after go-live.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Domain Management and the Department Head.
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Insurance, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
2. Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner (PO) or Business Analyst (BA) in the financial services sector (insurance / banking / investment).
Preference given to candidates with experience in developing products on digital platforms and an understanding of insurance business models across Digital channels, Agency channels, and Bancassurance channels.
3. Others:
Ability to communicate in English.
English certifications such as IELTS, TOEFL, or TOEIC are an advantage.
